| Qualifications |
 |
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field |
|
At least 8 -10 years experience in Human Resources functions (recruitment, training, employee relations, payroll, TA) |
|
Experience in Administration functions are an advantage. |
|
Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, able to work independently, highly responsible, service-mind, positive attitude, strong leadership and strategic thinking. |
|
Experience in management level and knowledge of ISO and Hospital Accreditation. |
|
Familiar to working with international organization. |
|
Willing to be assigned overseas |
|
Good command of spoken and written English is a must for our international company with an English speaking management team. |
